Richard E. Lange

Richard E. Lange, M.Ed., M.A., supports Bähr Partners with expertise in specific aspects of the U.S. educational system, school and instructional development, academic performance, curriculum, and gifted education.

Richard has an impressive background in education, serving as Director of Gifted Education and Staff Development at Prospect Heights, Illinois, School District #23. He is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the National Association for Gifted Children, the Gifted Education Advisory Committee Chicago, and ASCD (Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development). Additionally, Richard has taught at Northwestern University and National Louis University, both located in Chicago and has consulted on national and international educational issues.

He is currently the Director of the Mentoring Leadership Resource Network, that provides valuable information for new and beginning teachers. He is the coauthor of A Life Saver for New Teachers: Mentoring Case Studies to Navigate the Initial Years.

Mr. Lange is eager to work with teachers and administrators to enhance their teaching experience.
